    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Leidos is seeking a Video Production Intern in Reston, VA.

    As a video intern, you’ll produce high-quality video content in support of corporate security and corporate marketing and communication efforts. You should have basic experience with the video production process from scripting to shooting, editing and delivery and be earning a degree in a related field.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • This intern will have the opportunity to work on various audiovisual projects supporting internal customers, social media, and marketing.

    • Bring a unique and informed design aesthetic to multiple visual elements of the Leidos Brand

    • Produce engaging and on-brand advertising for internal video marketing, digital and out-of-home from concept through delivery.

    • Develop, design, and produce audiovisual content for internal and external presentations.

    • Work with a team to produce small marketing video clips for internal use.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Video, Communications or related from an accredited educational institution

    • Skilled in video editing software, preferably Adobe Premiere Pro

    • Competent in Adobe suite including Photoshop and After Effects  

    • Ability to use professional-grade cameras (e.g., Sony FS7, Blackmagic Ursa Mini)

    • Good communication skills

    • Receptiveness to feedback

    • Professional appearance and behavior

    • U.S. Citizenship is required.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3.5 GPA.

    PAY RANGE:

    • $44,200.00 - $68,000.00 - $91,800.00

    The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
