You will:

• Review KPIs with a view to generating data visualization / executive dashboards for the business
• Conduct interviews with various organizations and organizational leadership, develop work breakdown structures, and review and analyze workforce or operational data
• Design and Develop data models aimed at enabling and streamlining current headcount models
• Research theoretical best practice, emerging models and industry best practice (erlang-c) in this area
• Produce a report based on current models in use today projecting efficiencies based on research conducted

• Current student, working towards a Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Data Science, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance or other related discipline.
