The Visual Design team stands out for its lively creativity and flawless style. It translates users’ needs, business objectives and technology capabilities from concept to delivery with exceptional attention to detail. As Analyst, Visual Design, you will assist with client engagements and produce creative User Experience (UX)/transformation deliverables on projects. You will focus on design and creative task areas. You will support research from a visual design perspective to gain insights that guide design decisions. You will assist with visual design explorations to generate ideas, find the best solutions and craft a compelling visual language.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Help create a design strategy that includes the brand’s promise, insights from users and competitive analysis to inform interface and interaction elements
• Support the team in developing a visual language that communicates brand goals and expresses its rationale so other visual designers, developers and future teammates can build upon it
• Produce high-quality visual designs from concept to execution, including those for the desktop, web and mobile devices
• Integrate core tenets of responsive and adaptive design into work
• Travel as needed.

• You are a creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• You have knowledge of UX disciplines such as UX architecture, research, usability and content strategies. You also have experience with visual design, principles of UI design, layouts, graphic development, typography, color and visual theories

Your background and passions likely include:

• Functional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with knowledge of W3C, HTML/XHTML and CSS
• Understanding how visuals translate to code
• Designing with mobile in mind

Proficient in:

• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects)
• InVision Sketch, Craft

You likely have some experience in visual design with a Bachelor’s Degree in design, graphic design, or a similar degree.
