THE DETAILS

As a Tech Support Intern you will join our team to provide real-time customer service and assistance to our employees who are experiencing a wide variety of technical issues. We are a collaborative environment with hands on training and support from peers and supervisors. You’ll dig deep into a wide array of technical support including network and email connectivity computer operating systems hardware and software applications internally developed applications and mainframe and midrange operations. You will also participate in an innovative team project that you and your peers will be able to present to senior leadership at the end of your internship.

QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT YOU’VE GOT

• You’re currently a freshman or sophomore working towards a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• You have a proven track record of academic success
• You are fully authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
• You are familiar with various IT concepts strategies and methodologies
• You have a general knowledge of design and development tools
