Client & Sales Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations to assess clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions

Educate families on policy options, coverage, and long-term financial security

Build trust through ethical, needs-based selling

Manage follow-ups, applications, and policy onboarding

Consistently meet or exceed personal production goals

Leadership & Growth Responsibilities

Participate in leadership development and mentorship programs

Support, train, and motivate new agents as you progress

Lead by example through performance, professionalism, and integrity

Assist in team training sessions and skill development

Prepare for advancement into leadership or management roles

Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain—training and support provided)

Previous sales, customer service, or leadership experience preferred but not required

Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Comfort using CRM systems, video conferencing, and digital tools

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Sales & Communication

Strong communication and active listening skills

Ability to build rapport quickly in a virtual environment
