    The AAS PRODUCT DELIVERY ANALYST INTERN will be responsible for…

    Primary responsibilities include supporting:

    • Developing, implementing and managing product management and portfolio management dashboards and reports intended to track progress of key projects & initiatives based on real time information from source systems.
    • Creating and publishing Key Process Indictors that can help steer product roadmap direction.
    • Interface with senior leaders to gather reporting needs.
    • Lead the creation of a repeatable onboarding experience for product managers as it relates to processes and software development life cycle and road mapping tools.
    • Conduct training sessions on how to utilize systems to reflect accurate information in dashboards and reports.

    Functions OR examples of projects for this role: 

    • Assist with rationalizing reporting across the enterprise. Defining dashboards and KPIs as it relates to Aha! and Jira integration.
    • Configuration and implementation of packaged software as it relates to Aha! and Jira
    • Creating processes and ‘how to guides’ on how to use Aha and Jira together.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Pursuing a degree in Masters in Business Administration.
    • Authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
    • Ability to work from June to September (summer internship) on a 40 hours per week schedule, depending on school schedule in a virtual setting
    • Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Analytics and process-related background.
    • Experience in systems and has an interest in road mapping and software development lifecycle tools as it relates to Agile software development in a large organization.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products and Visio.
    • Highly skilled in written and verbal communication skills, excellent inter-personal skills.
    • Possess the ability to initiate action and is able to take prompt action to accomplish objectives.
