We are looking for an Agile Transformation Analyst Intern to join our team.  This intern will work under immediate supervision of professionals who perform business analysis and agile management roles. In this role you will be a servant leader and coach to help agile teams deliver value to our customers and adopt agile principles. You will help agile teams communicate with stakeholders, manage risk, drive process improvements, and facilitate agile events and processes.

A typical work week might consist of:

• Assist Program Increment Planning readiness (using Backlogs, and Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings) and the quarterly PI planning event
• Track the execution of work by establishing consistent measurement and metrics across teams
• Facilitate work estimation with agile teams and assist in rolling-up work items to Epics
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
• Manage risks and dependencies, escalation, tracking, and assisting in the resolution of impediments
• Work with the portfolio group to report on program progress

Qualifications:

• Full-time students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation between June 2022 and June 2024
• Must be organized and have a high attention to detail.
• Good communication, presentation and critical thinking skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Works well in team environments
• A great attitude & the drive to learn and innovate
• Ability to participate in a summer internship program of 10 weeks (June-August)
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and reporting concepts
