    The CLINICAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT INTERN will be responsible for…

     

    Primary responsibilities include:

    • Working with clinical leadership (Medical Officers, Strategy directors, and regional general managers) to identify initiatives aligned with improving the quality of patient care delivery and supporting growth in various markets across the country

    • Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of a clinical and/or care delivery initiative project for CareMore Health. Responsibilities may include:

      • Data Analysis to identify opportunities
      • Process mapping to identify strengths and/or problem areas
      • Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline workflows
      • Communication with cross-functional teams including compliance, IT, and finance
      • Development of a project management plan which includes detailed target dates and milestones
      • Communication with leadership on progress of the project
      • Documentation of progress to milestones, potential risks, and roadblocks
      • Development of written materials to support implementation and training
      • Creation of role-based playbooks
      • Complete a financial analysis to outline the ROI and spend for the project
    • Interface with senior legal, compliance, technology, data, and financial executives as needed.

  • Qualifications
    • Pursuing an accredited Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Health Care Management, or other relevant MBA program
    • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
    • Previous internship/work experience within Project Management is preferred
    • Experience within Microsoft Office, specifically Excel is a plus
    • Desire to gain knowledge and specialization with Medicare/Medicaid is a plus
