The DATA ANALYTICS/CLIENT SUPPORT INTERN will be responsible for…

Primary responsibilities include supporting:

• Serve as a liaison between the customer/provider and the technology group. 
• Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of procedures from the customer service aspect for all clients (internal and external). 
  • Developing and maintaining the presentation of Client Toolkit to both internal and external clients. 
  • Analyzing, maintaining, and distributing reports according to clients.
• Assist in the strategy and implementation of new products and services from the production operations perspective. 
• Record client feedback and maintain data within internal database
• Troubleshoot client system questions and processes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires a BA/BS degree or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 
• Must be enrolled in an accredited degree program.
• Understanding of the application of relevant technology in a business setting.
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology and HIPAA regulations. 
• Healthcare industry knowledge and experience preferred.
