    IngenioRx is Anthem’s Pharmacy Benefits Management organization centered in pharmacy care that focuses on innovation, transformation, expertise, and personalization. The IngenioRx Digital Solution team is hiring a Digital Product Manager Sr. to join our team. This high performing individual contributor will be responsible for developing and overseeing an enterprise-wide Pharmacy Digital strategy and implementation through collaborating and influencing external and internal entities.

    The DIGITAL PRODUCT STRATEGY INTERN is responsible for providing diverse and innovative insights to our competitive landscape, expediting the growth of IngenioRx in the marketplace. Interns will be requested to perform data analysis, including MARKET RESEARCH, COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS, METRICS AND ANALYTICAL ANALYSIS to propose areas of opportunity to invest in for our digital assets to deliver value to our members and increase our market position.

    THIS IS A 100% REMOTE/VIRTUAL OPPORTUNITY

    PRIMARY DUTIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Perform market research and competitor analysis of comparable digital assets under the direction of the team lead or manager.
    • Execute algorithms to address specific business problems under the direction of the team lead or manager.
    • Work with data-sets of moderate size and complexity.
    • Develop visualization of analysis output for business users and publish results under the direction of the team lead or manager.
    • Analyze member feedback across multiple member-facing digital assets, and determine trends and areas of opportunity to make the most improvement in CSAT.
    • Create a readout of findings that can be leveraged to make digital pharmacy roadmap decisions.
    • Evaluate existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing digital Pharmacy experience and make recommendations for new features.
    • Collaborates with Digital Product Managers and Directors to deliver an omni-channel digital Pharmacy experience, ensuring strategies and solutions are accounted for within the enterprise roadmap, aligning with the enterprise goals and strategies for the organization. May help with creation of features.
    • Coordinate presentation, communication, and implementation of all phases of feature lifecycle.
    • Partner with Digital Product Managers and Directors and IT to determine the best solutions to enhance functionality and increase user satisfaction.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or other related degrees
    • This internship is from June to August and is 40 hours per week
    • Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship
    • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
