    As an Early Talent Recruiting Co-op, you have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and expand your mind in the world of HR.

    You’ll work individually-and as part of a team-to build your critical knowledge and skills across a wide array of recruiting concentrations including, talent management and engagement, sourcing strategies, interviewing and much more!

    Qualifications

    What you’ve got:

    • You have 0-2 years of professional experience.
    • You’re an undergrad working towards a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
    • You have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
    • You possess strong communication, organization, customer service, and project management skills.
    • You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
    • You are able to commit to a full-time, 6-month co-op.
