What you've got

• You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• You have prior experience in sales or a client service environment (preferred).
• You possess solid communication skills-oral and written.
• You're a born negotiator.
• You have strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing clients
• You're able to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
• You understand and review complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines.
• This position requires you to attain and maintain current state insurance license s in Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health .
