The Commercial & Specialty Business Division (CSBD) ETHICS, COMPLIANCE AND PRIVACY (ECP) INTERN will be responsible for…
Primary responsibilities:
Develop, implement and manage enterprise-wide and departmental CSBD ECP program initiatives to advance Anthem’s CSBD Compliance program. This includes:
Streamlining internal data structure and simplifying reporting processes
Identifying and leading the implementation of continuous improvement project
Mapping out existing process flows for process improvement
Modernizing CSBD Compliance program by applying appropriate technology solutions such as Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.
Administering offsite storage.
Develop and administer training to educate target audience on newly designed and improved processes
Interface with senior legal, compliance, technology, data, and financial executives as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or other related degrees
This internship is from June to August and is 40 hours per week/or 20 hours per week depending on school schedule in a virtual setting
Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship
Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
