    Full-Time Analyst Description

    The auto claim analyst will investigate claims, and make timely decisions by analyzing information gathered during investigation, appropriately analyzing coverage, determining liability and evaluating damages. This position requires interaction with insureds, brokers, underwriting and other claim professionals. This position is expected to deliver an exceptional level of customer service throughout the claims process. A claim analyst will develop strong negotiation techniques and gain a thorough understanding of the insurance contract and coverage through the claim handling process. They will gain knowledge of negligence laws, state regulations, statutes and procedures.

    Required:

    • Minimum grade point average of 3.2 (unofficial transcript required upon application)
    • Bachelors or Master’s degree, or candidate for Bachelors or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2018
    • Ideal candidates have the ability to operate independently within authority limits
