    Technical Skills

    • Careers in technical areas of IT may allow you to develop in the following areas. Interest/prior experience in these areas will strengthen your application.

    Development Skills

    • Some experience in one or more languages/tools, such as HTML, HTML5, Python, C, C++, C#, Ruby, Watir, Swift, Pearl, Java, or VB

    System Skills

    • Familiarity with Windows, MAC, Android, and iOS systems

    Networking Skills

    • Networking background, understanding of basic infrastructure (router, switch, firewall)
    • Network wiring (Fiber, RJ45, co-ax, etc.)

    Basic Digital Skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Basic data analysis
    • Familiarity with systems such as Ariba, Archer, Version1, Mobile Iron, Last Past, SharePoint, Box.com, HP Service Manager, etc.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Current Freshman, Sophomore or Junior enrolled in a four-year Bachelor degree program
    • Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
    • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication
    • Demonstrated leadership skills gained from student clubs, community involvement or work experience
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
    • Strong, creative problem solver
    • Works autonomously, self-starter
    • Intellectually curious and agile learner
    • Preference for Computer Science, Information Technology, and Business-related majors
