The Health Benefits Innovation Intern will be responsible for…

Primary responsibilities include:

• Research, understand and present the latest health benefit solution ideas for employers/clients. Specifically,
• Understand the health benefit needs of large and strategic employers in the CA Commercial line of business.
• Defining the areas most in need of innovative solutions (Musculoskeletal Care, Infertility, Cardiovascular, Oncology, Weight Management, etc.)
• Research health start-up and more established companies who are offering solutions.
• Develop comparison reports which include product description, pricing, etc.
• Potentially develop new solutions.  
• Interface with senior CA Commercial leadership team members and present findings and act as internal consultant.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Public Health, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or other related degrees
• This internship is from June to December and is 20 to 40  hours per week depending on school schedule in a virtual setting
• Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship
• Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
