As an IT Help Desk Intern, you'll be embedded in our teams as they respond to incoming requests and resolve customer problems. You'll dig deep into a wide array of technical support-including supporting network and email connectivity, computer operating systems, hardware and software applications, internally developed applications, and mainframe and midrange operations. You'll also participate in a project that you and your peers present to leadership at the end of your internship. WHAT YOU'VE GOT

• You're working towards a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Informatics, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or other related technical program.
• You have a preferred 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• You are fully authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
• You know your way around various IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies.
• You have a general knowledge of design and development tools.
