    Our Human Resources Co-op program allows you the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and expand your mind in the world of HR. You'll work individually-and as part of a team-to build your critical knowledge and skills across a wide array of HR concentrations, including compensation, employee relations, recruiting, talent management, and training and development. Assignments will grow your skills and knowledge within several Liberty Mutual divisions, including Talent Development, Campus Recruiting, Diversity and Inclusion, Learning Services, and our HR Support Center. This is a fantastic way to experience Liberty Mutual as a potential employer. Upon completion of a successful internship, you may be considered for a full-time position in our Human Resource Development Program.

  • Qualifications


    • You have 0-2 years of professional experience.
    • You're an undergrad working towards a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
    • You have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
    • You possess strong communication, organization, customer service, and project management skills.
    • You thrive in a past-faced environment.
    • You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
