THE DETAILS

Our Human Resources Internship allows you the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and expand your mind in the world of HR. You’ll work individually-and as part of a team-to build your critical knowledge and skills across a wide array of HR concentrations including compensation employee relations talent management and training and development. This is a fantastic way to experience Liberty Mutual as a potential employer. Upon completion of a successful internship you may be considered for a full-time position within our Human Resources group.

QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT YOU’VE GOT

• You have 0-2 years of professional experience.
• You’re an undergrad working towards a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Human Resources Organizational Behavior Business Management Communications or a related discipline.
• You have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• You possess strong communication organization customer service and project management skills.
• You thrive in a past-faced environment.
• You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
