A Human Resources Intern will help manage and integrate our hybrid workforce model. This internship will provide you with the chance to explore and gain knowledge in HR functions such as policy and standard operating procedure documentation, training program development, data management, and change and communication to drive the hybrid model and overall associate experience.

How you will make an impact:

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for a hybrid workforce model
• Support the HR team in the development of digitized processes, facilitating seamless integration between onsite and virtual associates
• Help maintain HR data systems, ensuring employee records are accurate and up-to-date
• Contribute to the development of hybrid work policies, practices, training and adoption
• Participate in scheduling and coordinating training sessions and workshops for managers
• Aid in the research and implementation of new ideas to optimize the hybrid model
• Assist in the planning and facilitation of team-building activities for a hybrid workforce

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the Summer 2024 internship
• Actively pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant field of study at an accredited university during internship
• Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, & Experiences:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
