As an HR/Talent Services intern with Liberty Mutual, you’ll help one of the leading property and casualty insurers in the U.S. retain the best and brightest talent—all while you help fuel the professional development of our diverse workforce.

THE DETAILS

Our Human Resources/Talent Servoces Internship allows you the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and expand your mind in the world of HR in a heavily employee-facing role.

You’ll work individually—and as part of a team—to provide customer service and HR support to Liberty Mutual’s employees. By working through background checks, new hire onboarding and system access, and helping to create knowledge articles on Liberty’s employee portal, you’ll be able to strengthen your HR background and have ownership of projects that make a real impact on a Fortune 100 company. 

This is a fantastic way to experience Liberty Mutual as a potential employer. Upon completion of a successful internship, you may be considered for a full-time position within our Human Resources/Talent Services group. 

QUALIFICATIONS

What you’ve got:

• You have 0-2 years of professional experience.

• You’re an undergrad working towards a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.

• You have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.

• You possess strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

• You thrive in a past-faced environment.

• You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
