Responsible for support and monitoring of the day to day performance of applications in the Operations Applications suite. Support includes performing enhancements and responding to production issues and outages related to the application suite in a timely manner.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
1+ years of experience in an IT support environment
General knowledge of software development lifecycle
