This opportunity is responsible for learning the following ITSM disciplines: Change Management, Major Incident Manager, Problem Management, and Configuration Management. This role will also be responsible for assisting with reporting, data analysis and special projects.
Ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Psychology, Communications, English, History, Business or Project Management. Strong and analytical and communication skills are required.
Primary Responsibilities
Support Major Incident Managers in incident management activities
Support and maintain change management activities which includes updating distribution and contact lists, data entry, and working in and reporting from ServiceNow (ticket management tool)
Support Problem Manager in Problem Management activities
Support Configuration Manager in Configuration activities
Support Team Lead on special projects
Support team development by reviewing and analyzing business process issues, communicating feedback to team members, responding to inquiries
Provide support by responding to change questions, troubleshooting errors and developing solutions to ensure implementation of process improvements
Creating reports, presentations and analyzing data/statistics as needed
Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value “can do” people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and fun

Knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Working knowledge of common computer-related terminology
Applied knowledge of processes and procedures for maintaining and troubleshooting tools and technologies
Applied knowledge of the design, development, and application of technology for specific purposes
Familiarity with ITIL framework and practical applications

Compensation
Base pay offered will vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location and business needs
Hourly Salary Range: $17.50 - $20.50 depending on your current year in school
