Anthem, Inc. is looking to hire an Implementation Coordinator. This position will support our team in the implementation process for new accounts and monitoring renewal implementations.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Ensuring completion of all critical deliverables from multiple disciplines to assure timely and accurate implementation of our customers' benefit plans.

• Assuming full responsibility for successful performance on account-specific performance guarantees, with associated financial penalties.

• Developing and implementing tracking mechanisms and tools for account implementations.

• Supporting Team Leads in cross-functional implementation meetings to assess the organization’s ability to meet the requirements of prospective accounts and to ensure completion of all critical deliverables.

• Supporting projects related to implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires BA/BS in relevant field

• Previous experience with implementation projects and cross-functional teams

PREFERRED SKILLS, CAPABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCES:

• Previous experience working with a Healthcare company

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and associated programs
