THE DETAILS

Every day our Industrial Hygienists (IH) are working directly with customers to identify and assess physical, chemical or biological health hazards in the workplace. You'll conduct research along with gathering and analyzing data to investigate cause and effect relationships to identify appropriate control measure recommendations to reduce occupational disease exposures for our customers. You will have the opportunity to participate in projects to gain exposure to other processes and operations and prepare reports to management to quantify the value of Industrial Hygiene interventions while working under a mentor. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to explore the many facets of industrial hygiene across a variety of industries and consult with our customers at multiple levels of their organization. You'll experience on the job training under the direction of a mentor and structured development plan. You'll be actively supported in your development and have the opportunity to pursue professional designations.

WHAT YOU'VE GOT:

• You have 0-3 years of professional experience. Preferred a minimum of internship experience that includes industrial hygiene related work.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Preferred backgrounds include Industrial Hygiene, Public Health, or related field. Additional requirements may apply.
• You have knowledge of risk management; occupational disease risk assessment and control; and risk control services.
• You possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• You're detail orientated and a whiz at conducting extensive research, evaluation, analysis, and problem solving.
• You are able to travel as needed, including regular customer site visits.
