We are looking for an Infrastructure Service Analyst II to add to the team.  In this role, you will solve problems, perform analysis, research, and test functions for systems and networks.  You will also participate in and support The Enterprise Management Team to provide dedicated resources focused on End-To-End performance, capacity management, security, and audit compliance across the various infrastructure teams.  The ideal candidate will have experience in a support and operation role in any of the following areas: servers, networks, telecommunications, storage, mainframe, operating systems, middleware, disaster recovery, collaboration technologies, hardware/software support, or other infrastructure services role.  Any combination of education and experience will also be considered.  

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Provides second level trouble support; solves randomly occurring problems
• Performs implementation tasks for systems and networks; executes testing
• Compiles data in support of problem resolution
• Performs simple configuration changes to meet business requirements under the supervision

This is a full-time internship opportunity lasting 6 months, with the opportunity to extend further.  This opportunity has the potential to lead to a full-time associate position.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Science, Systems & Network Administration or similar degree or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a support and operations role in any of the following areas: servers, networks, telecommunications, storage, mainframe, operating systems, middleware, disaster recovery, collaboration technologies, hardware/software support or other infrastructure services role
• US Citizen

Preferred but not required:

• Scripting - JSON/Python
• Automation - Know and understand basic rules of creating good APIs, how http works, and how to create JSON/XML files
• Experience with PowerBI, Dynatrace and Splunk
