We offer two weeks of in-depth and paid training and provide you with all the tools you need to be successful in inside sales. Training covers NatGen products and systems and proven sales techniques to empower you for success. You do not need to have a P&C license.

Our high performing new Sales Representatives can earn an average of $40,000 per year with an hourly base pay and uncapped incentive on call transfers. We also offer frequent sales contests for cash bonuses and prizes! We help coach and develop you to move into a licensed agent role, where we pay for your P&C license and you have ability to make $100,000+ per year.
