As a participant in Liberty Mutual's Investment Development Program, you'll be part of a team that harnesses the power of data to analyze performance trends and identify opportunities. Our extensive training curriculum will provide you with opportunities to enhance your technical and professional skills as you grow your knowledge of the insurance industry. During this two-year rotational program, you'll be exposed to a wide array of concentrations, such as fundamental analysis, modeling, trading, fixed income, alternative investments, deal structuring, and negotiating. Among your tasks, you'll perform comprehensive analysis of the investment process, including due diligence, industry analysis, risk and return, and deal structuring and negotiation. This fantastic opportunity will allow you to gain experience in dynamic asset classes and collaborate with experts at Liberty Mutual Investments.

What you've got

• You have 0-2 years of professional experience.
• You are working towards a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration
• You possess deep knowledge in finance and are seeking a CFA designation.
• You must have permanent work authorization in the United States
• You're able to manage multiple responsibilities and time-sensitive deliverables with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
• You showcase a strong intellectual curiosity and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You display a solid work ethic and can work both independently and within a team.
• You have strong Excel skills.
