One of the many programs that Amerigroup uses to stay connected to our providers and potential providers is the cloud-based business application Salesforce. The Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) team is interested in welcoming an intern to assist with the LTSS Provider Salesforce Maximization project. In consultation with Salesforce software experts, engagement with the local LTSS team, and incorporating leadership feedback, the intern will identify and apply enhancements to increase current Salesforce utilization. The goal will be to maximize the Salesforce features, tools, and reporting to better serve the needs of the LTSS team and our LTSS provider network.

Responsibilities Include: completing basic Salesforce training, conducting feedback meetings, attendance and participation at regular mentorship meetings, implementing recommendations including data entry, and offering a transition plan to ensure sustainable efforts continue.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, with a preferred course of study in marketing, healthcare or another business-related discipline. 
• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Highly motivated, willing to learn and take initiative.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Project management experience with cross functional teams.
• Skilled at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions, and accomplishing team goals.
• Proficient with MS Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, Data organization, Project Management, Change Management).
• Detail oriented and open to performing research.
