Looking for candidates that are comfortable working with large amounts of data in Excel and have an analytical mindset and curiosity that drives them to look for business solutions and growth opportunities.  The candidate must be comfortable communicating and collaborating with various business partners inside and outside of our Sales Analytics team.  An interest in the healthcare or health insurance space is a plus, but not mandatory.  Attention to detail and task prioritization will ensure successful delivery of business-critical assignments including, but not limited to:

• Research book of business premium and membership variances to uncover root causes
• Learn and conduct file backups for reporting
• Creation of file directories for reporting
• Set up and validation of bonus payments to our broker partners
• Cross check broker executive reports to confirm accuracy prior to payment

SHIFT: Day Job SCHEDULE: Full-time

• Pursuing a BA/BS at an accredited college or university in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Organizational Change Management, Healthcare Management or Healthcare Administration
• A rising Junior or Senior (preferred)
• Achieving a 3.0 GPA
• Available June 7th – August 13th
• Highly motivated, willing to learn and take initiative.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Project management experience with cross functional teams.
• Skilled at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions, and accomplishing team goals.
• Proficient with MS Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
