An MBA Portfolio Internship - Summer 2024, Graduate will be responsible for supporting the company’s Carelon Digital Platforms team. During the program our Interns will receive an orientation to the company and engage in challenging projects evolving around the rapidly changing healthcare tech industry. Interns are paired with industry professionals and mentors and will be given opportunities to stretch their skills and enrich their knowledge base to achieve a greater understanding within technology.

How you will make an impact:

• Analyzes business and IT needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs

• Responsible for developing strategies, programs and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends that support digital strategy

• Support/develop implementation of new Innovation use cases

• Responsible for gathering and assessing market requirements through competitive intelligence and emerging trends, stakeholder and consumer feedback

• Contribute to Strategy and Business Development Efforts

• Develop and Deliver Presentations to Key Stakeholders

• Project Management and Coordination

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the Summer 2024 internship

• Actively pursuing a graduate degree in a healthcare domain specifically Project Management, Data & Business Analytics, or other related degree at an accredited university during internship

• Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

Students will be assigned to a specific group within the Carelon Digital Platforms organization based on skill set and need of the business. Graduate students should have experience and education in:

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner.

• Responsible for developing strategies, programs and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends that support digital strategic frameworks.

• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral.

• Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $32.82 to $41.02.
