The MBA RISE Program aims to support MBA students from under-represented populations throughout their two-year tenure at business school by providing mentorship as well as various professional development opportunities. SOUND INTERESTING? WE'RE NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THIS YEAR'S PROGRAM! Accepted students will kick off the program with a two-day event: the MBA RISE Program Kickoff Summit, designed to connect top diverse MBA talent from across the country with various networking and professional development opportunities. The Kick-Off Summit will take place on July 8th & July 9th in our Boston headquarters. It will encourage and facilitate constructive dialogue amongst students with a focus on inclusion, development, mentorship and the future of diversity in the workplace. We'll review the intricacies and expectations of the MBA RISE Program, give students insight into our culture as well as an overview of our graduate internship opportunities.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Students will travel all expenses paid to our corporate headquarters in Boston, MA to meet and network with fellow program participants, learn about diversity at Liberty, our career opportunities, and have constructive dialogue facilitated by diverse leaders. Students will have numerous opportunities to interact with and share ideas with peers, recent MBA hires, senior leaders and recruitment professionals. Following the event, students will be paired with a mentor who will support them over the next two years while in business school. Students will also receive virtual professional development opportunities and access to early interviews for graduate internships.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be committed to attending an MBA program starting in September 2020
• A minimum of three years professional, progressive work experience
• Currently hold permanent US work authorization
