Marketing Coordinator
- Responsibilities
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for a myriad of lead marketing projects, including lead cloud and invoca onboarding and maintenance as well as working with lead vendors to build relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Onboard new lead cloud and invoca users
- Monitor lead activity in lead cloud and invoca
- Coordinate with HST and AHCP to drive participation in lead programs
- Provide feedback and reports to lead vendors
- Reconcile lead vendor invoices
- Provide regular activity reporting to management
- Qualifications
MINIMUM SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Attentive to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
- Ability to work independently while welcoming a team environment
DESIRED SKILLS:
- 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with lead delivery models
- Experience managing multiple vendors on tight timelines
