PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Build and maintain marketing websites and webpages. This involves working with senior developers and other stakeholders to identify website requirements and build responsive web pages and scripts to support the e-commerce business and digital marketing needs of the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build/review comps, PSDs, wireframes and responsive web pages
• Build UI/UX requirements and design for web applications
• Build and maintain multiple websites, webpages, and scripts
• Work with developers to develop or review code for desktop and mobile pages/websites
• Provide technical support for digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate project tasks with other internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals

MINIMUM SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor Degree or in lieu of degree equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web, browser, and accessibility standards
• Ability to design and build responsive web pages
• Knowledge of technical SEO aspects of websites and pages
• Be a team player with good communication skills
• Have a passion for emerging technology trends in the web space
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Previous Insurance industry experience
• Experience with Sitecore marketing engine, version 8.2 or above
• Working knowledge of .NET, C# programming
• Experience in development of consumer-facing web pages
• Knowledge of various website tools for operation and research, such as Adobe analytics, SessionCam, Tag Management
