The Medicare Training and Development Intern will be responsible for…

Primary responsibilities include:

• Develop and/or modify the Grievances & Appeals (G&A) onboarding program to ensure new hires learn the theory of G&A, the overall processes for the department, as well as how to work the case types they will be assigned.  This includes:
  • Creating a training agenda for hires in each area of the department
  • Creating training materials for each of the departments
  • Creating quantitative assessments to be delivered periodically throughout the training environment
  • Determine a learning curve for each department as a new hire transitions from classroom training to working cases

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or other related degrees
• This internship is from June to August and is 40 hours per week/or 20 hours per week depending on school schedule in a virtual setting
• Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship
• Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
