    THIS IS A 100% REMOTE/VIRTUAL OPPORTUNITY

    The MEMBER & GRS SERVICE EXPERIENCE CONTACT CENTER INTERN will be responsible for…

    Primary responsibilities:

    • Develop & analyze process flow for top call drivers in a Medicare contact center

    • Outline gaps in a clear and concise format detailing existing processes, gaps and potential solutions & process flow recommendations

    • Interface with a variety of stakeholders including contact center directors, managers, and front-line associates both in and outside of the contact center, as appropriate.

    • Understanding compliance related concerns within the call process flow

    • Developing an understanding and articulate different modified approach to solve for first call resolution, issue resolution & customer satisfaction

    • Navigate internal systems to listen to live and recorded calls, understand the root cause of the call and include in high level analysis / recommendations

    • Other duties as assigned

     

    Functions OR examples of projects for this role: 

    • May assist with process mapping inbound calls to the Medicare & GRS contact center

    • May assist with various CMS compliance initiatives

    • May assist with other projects, as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or other related degrees

    • This internship is from June to August and is 40 hours per week

    • Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship

    • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
