    Title: Member Marketing Undergraduate Intern - Summer 2023

    Location: Remote

    Be part of our extraordinary team!

    As a Member Marketing Specialist, you will work on consumer-facing marketing campaigns for employees of companies that offer Anthem health & financial products. You will be part of a team that leads member marketing strategy for Anthem’s largest clients that helps members select and use the programs and services which help them and their families stay healthy. In this role, you will be:

    • Working with internal partners to develop marketing campaign planning and execution.

    • Creating omni-channel strategies and campaigns, as well as social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.

    • Assisting in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.

    • Participating in marketing brainstorming sessions.

    • Collaborating with other interns and partners within Marketing

    • Taking part in formal and informal training opportunities.

    • Measuring and reporting the results of marketing initiatives.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day

    • Currently enrolled in a marketing program at an accredited college/university.

    • Graduation date between August 2023 to May 2024.

    • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements.

    PREFERRED SKILLS, CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCES:

    • Fluent in the English language

    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner

    • Comfortable working independently and with a Team

    • Familiarity with Social Media platforms and tools; Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe Experience Manager experience, a plus

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

    • Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral.

    • Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills

    • Excellent Public Speaking and Presentation skills
