We are looking for a Operations Intern to assist our Operations Manager this summer! Day to day responsibilities include:

• Ability to answer phones and respond to emails.
• Manage CEO calendar and book meetings.
• Report directly to CEO and complete assigned tasks.
• Service existing customers.
• Respond to requests from vendors.
• Follow up on customer and vendor requests.
• Manage deal flow.
• Mail handling including scanning and response.
• Attend Tradeshows.
• Aid in managing interns and outside sales staff.

Writing Requirements:

• Writing talent, originality, the ability to work independently and self-promotion abilities.
• Ability to convey a clear and concise message to prospective customers.
• Work to provide unique content relevant to specific industries.
• Identify available, relevant and meaningful data by using all available resources.

Sales Requirements:

• Generate new business sales (commission and bonus eligible).
• Develop customer base.
• Prospect new clients.
• Attain weekly prospecting and sales goals.
• Provide sales opportunities to management.

• Willing to be an important part to building a business by leading discovery process of investment ideas.

General Requirements:

• Ability to obtain New Jersey Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Travel to Hoboken office daily.
• Data science background a plus.
• Coding background a plus.
