The McQuade Organization of Globe Life is seeking a driven, customer-focused Remote Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, manage a qualified pipeline, and help guide customers through solutions that meet their needs. You’ll play a key part in expanding our reach, closing deals, and delivering an exceptional client experience.We specialize in protecting working families by providing essential benefits and financial solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects through consultative outreach
• Conduct virtual presentations and product presentations
• Build long-term relationships with clients and act as their trusted advisor
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that deliver value
• Maintain accurate CRM data and follow best practices for pipeline management

What We’re Looking For

• One year of Customer Service or Sales Experience
• Strong communication skills (phone, Zoom, email) with a professional, confident presence
• Experience working with a CRM is a plus
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding objectives
• Ability to pass a background check
