The McQuade Organization is expanding in 2026 and hiring Virtual Benefits Representatives to support our growing client base.

This is a 100% remote position where you will meet with clients virtually to review benefit programs and help families enroll in coverage that protects their financial future.

You will represent Globe Life, a trusted provider of supplemental insurance benefits serving 18+ million policyholders across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually via Zoom or phone
• Explain and review benefit coverage options
• Help families enroll in life and supplemental benefits
• Provide professional customer service and support
• Follow a structured presentation system with training provided
• Document client interactions using CRM software
• Maintain strong communication and follow-up with clients

No cold calling. This role works with pre-qualified clients and scheduled appointments.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales, or client support experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using Zoom, phone, and basic computer systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and workspace
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
