We work with union members, associations, and families to help them understand and utilize their benefits. No cold calling is required—qualified clients are provided.

  • Qualifications
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or call center experience preferred
    • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and computer applications
    • Self-motivated and coachable
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
    • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Desired skills
    • Meet virtually with clients via Zoom
    • Assist customers with benefit reviews and enrollment options
    • Provide outstanding customer service and support
    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
    • Update customer records using company CRM systems
    • Follow company processes and compliance guidelines
    • Work collaboratively with team leaders and mentors
  • Compensation
    Entry-Level: $45,000–$65,000/year Experienced / Performance-Based: $70,000–$100,000+ total compensation
