  • Qualifications
    • Strong communication and people skills
    • Comfortable working independently from home
    • Coachable and willing to learn
    • Basic computer and internet skills

    Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or call center experience is a plus, but not required.


  • Desired skills
    • Assist clients virtually with enrollment and benefit information
    • Schedule and conduct appointments via virtual conferencing
    • Provide customer support and account assistance
    • Work with families across multiple U.S. time zones
    • Maintain professional communication and follow up
    • Learn CRM systems and processes through hands on training

  • Compensation
    Entry-Level: $45,000–$65,000/year Experienced / Performance-Based: $70,000–$100,000+ total compensation
