What You’ll Be Doing:

Conduct virtual consultations with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs

Present tailored life insurance plans and benefits options clearly and compassionately

Guide clients through application, underwriting, and onboarding

Manage client follow-ups and maintain strong long-term relationships

Collaborate with your team and leadership to achieve performance goals

Maintain compliance with licensing and industry regulations

High School Diploma or higher education

Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain – support provided)

Experience in customer service, benefits, or sales a plus (but not required)

Exceptional Communication: Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear, empathetic, and client-friendly way

Active Listening: Skilled at identifying client needs by paying close attention to verbal and nonverbal cues

Self-Motivation & Discipline: Proven ability to thrive in a remote, independent work environment

Coachable attitude with a growth mindset

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools, video conferencing platforms, and digital communication tools
