SUMMARY:

The Sales Administrative Assistant schedules appointments for PL, CL, and EB sales executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follows company procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job.

• Calls and writes to prospects via lists provided.

• May call and write to brokers regarding placement of business.

• Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.

• Obtain prospects information and enters into database.

• Schedule appointments and follow-up for sales staff to meet prospective customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Highschool education or equivalent and at least one-year related experience and/or training
