Corporate Strategy & Research (CS&R) is Liberty Mutual's internal management consulting group. We serve as trusted strategic advisers to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team and drive transformational change by taking an enterprise-wide customer-centric perspective. We develop future leaders of the company by creating an environment that fosters intellectual curiosity professional development and personal fulfillment. We’re in search of intellectually curious creative driven individuals who have a strong desire to expand their management consulting toolkit. As a Senior Manager in the CS&R Group you’ll assist the Managing Director in leading a tight-knit project team that advises Liberty Mutual’s senior executives in making key strategic decisions. You’ll also develop key relationships with leaders and executives across the organization and communicate with senior leadership to move the organization into action. Interested? QUALIFICATIONS

What you’ve got

• You hold an MBA or equivalent business or analytical background and demonstrate a record of success
• You have 3+ years of work experience including pre-MBA experience; insurance or financial services industry experience is a plus (not required)
• You possess solid critical thinking skills with the ability to understand how ideas fit together in the big picture
• You bring strong quantitative analytical and leadership skills to every project
• You’re an excellent communicator both written and verbal
• You’re able to travel up to 10% (including international as needed)
