PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Daily execution on a defined marketing and recruiting plan to find qualified talent for seasonal/temporary, independent contractor (1099) and direct hire opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen career interest forms to determine best “career pathing” within the business unit
• Evaluate skill level for the highest potential fit
• Build a diverse candidate pool through cold calling, sourcing, networking, and partnering with third-party agencies
• Ability to quickly build talent pipelines and candidate pools
• Manage the candidate process end-to-end and act as a candidate advocate
• Work with training and account management department to timely activation for the open enrollment period
• Champion and follow-through with branding initiatives
• Track goals, metrics, and performance of the recruiting goals and regularly communicate
• Participate in various campus recruiting-related events

MINIMUM SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
• 1+ years of high volume lead generation, sourcing, and prospecting
• Experience with multiple recruiting software platforms such as: Taleo, MyStaffingPro, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, ICIMS, Workday
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual hiring goals
• Must have experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)
• Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with multiple CRM systems
• Highly motivated, self-directed and  high energy
• Strong level of commitment in supporting a specific business unit and team
