JOB DESCRIPTION

Strategic Partnerships enables and accelerates the priorities of our business partners. Our goal is to meet customers where they are and in places or with businesses that they interact with daily. We are driving a digital partner experience where partners can easily access our breadth of products and offer them to their customers. We're an organization comprised of several functions including business development and strategy, business program management, partner enablement, operations (e.g., reporting, compensation, etc.) and digital product owners. We're a centralized team within Corporate Development servicing different business units across Nationwide.

INTERNSHIP ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess, make recommendations, and execute on enhancements to team website

• Compose content for various audiences (e.g. LinkedIn posts, internal stakeholder email communications, etc.)

• Co-design and document process documentation

• Co-create and collaborate on reusable pitch deck for "selling" Strategic Partnerships to prospective external business/partners

• Identify and implement improvements to existing processes based on feedback from stakeholders and subject matter experts

• Other tasks as needed

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED

• Strong verbal, visual and written communication

• Comfortable communicating up/across various levels of the organization

• Natural curiosity

• Appetite to problem solve

• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

• Experience with social media
