Corporate Strategy & Research (CS&R) is Liberty Mutual's internal management consulting group. We serve as trusted strategic advisers to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team and drive transformational change by taking an enterprise-wide customer-centric perspective. We develop future leaders of the company by creating an environment that fosters intellectual curiosity professional development and personal fulfillment. We’re in search of intellectually curious creative driven individuals who have a strong desire to expand their management consulting toolkit.

As a Summer Consultant in the CS&R Group

you’ll be part of a tight-knit project team that advises Liberty Mutual’s senior executives in making key strategic decisions. You’ll develop key relationships with leaders and executives across the organization and develop projects that drive innovation strategy development thought leadership and business transformation at Liberty Mutual. Interested? QUALIFICATIONS

What you’ve got

• You’re currently enrolled in an MBA program with one year toward completion and a demonstrated record of success
• You have 3+ years of professional experience including pre-MBA experience
• You possess solid critical thinking skills with the ability to understand how ideas fit together in the big picture
• You bring strong quantitative analytical and leadership skills to every project
• You’re an excellent communicator both written and verbal
• You’re able to travel up to 10% (including international as needed)
