• Partner closely with our recruiters to ensure that your are sourcing and attracting the right talent to Global Atlantic.
• Support by interviewing candidates and providing detailed feedback to recruiters throughout the process.
• Deploy effective sourcing strategies and resources such as internal and external talent pools, networking, social media, job postings, employee referrals, use of external agencies, background and reference check processes.
• Ensure positive candidate experiences. Assist with initiatives to build a powerful employment brand to help maximize recruiting efforts. As appropriate, assist with travel / interview arrangements and scheduling.
• Measure overall recruiting effectiveness through effective use of existing systems and tools, metrics, reporting and key performance indicators.
• Ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other federal and state compliance requirements
• Partner with Head of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement a sourcing strategy

• College graduate with Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0+ years of experience in recruiting and direct sourcing
• The ability to demonstrate partnership with business leaders, hiring managers and Human Resources
• Comfortable using multiple technology systems
• Communications experience a plus.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects. Can function well in organization where formal process development is occurring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong networker externally and internally.
• Pragmatic results orientation – takes initiative to make things happen. Not satisfied with status quo.
• Thrives in a growing business.
• Ability and desire to figure things out – intellectual curiosity.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
