    Technical Skills

    Customer Experience Department - Digital Product Group (Product Design) Overview

    • Partners with product managers & owners to understand overarching needs, from large strategic initiatives to.
    • Identify how to translate these requirements into a digital experience.
    • Develop product design that can be measured against specific metrics
    • Stewart of digital properties product design.
    • Develops experience architecture and overarching design principles.
    • Maintains and extends design standards.
    • Brokers multidisciplinary design processes.

    • Develop understanding of Customer Experience and how the organization supports the company.

    Specific tasks include:

    • Apply existing design patterns to new design under the guidance of senior designer
    • Design documentation and functional notes
    • Generate prototypes using tools such as InVision
    • Support user validation activities with note taking, categorization and analysis

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Current Freshman, Sophomore or Junior enrolled in a four-year Bachelor degree program
    • Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
    • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication
    • Demonstrated leadership skills gained from student clubs, community involvement or work experience
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
    • Strong, creative problem solver
    • Works autonomously, self-starter
    • Intellectually curious and agile learner
    • Preference for Computer Science, Information Technology, and Business-related majors
