    JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

    The User Experience & Human-Centered Practices (UX & HCP) team empowers its business partners to smartly invest in end-to-end solutions that generate the most value and accomplishes this through a deep understanding of our customers and its ability to simplify the complex.

    ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    We have an opportunity for a research intern on our qualitative research team Responsibilities: developing screeners, assisting with recruitment, supporting field work and notetaking, assisting with research analysis and reporting, and project coordination.

    SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

    This role will suit someone who is studying social sciences, anthropology, psychology, political science or similar at a graduate or post-graduate level. The successful candidate will need excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, outstanding written and oral communication skills and strong experience and knowledge of qualitative research methods. Additionally, this role will need an awareness of how research integrates with the design process.
