Learn how to jump start your career at BlackRock during our educational program for college sophomores.

We are seeking talented sophomores with diverse backgrounds. Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Self-identify as female, Black or African American, Hispanic or Latinx, Native American, LGBTQ+ and/or disabled
• Strong academic credentials across any major or discipline
• Expected graduation date between August 2022 and July 2023

###WHEN AND WHERE?

The one-day program will be held virtually on both March 24th and March 25th. You will be invited to attend the event on one of the days based on your career interests.
